What is a sealing belt? Let us tell you in this article!

Montag, 14-11-2022

A sealing belt is used when there is direct
heat that is applied to seal products and packaging. Just an example, if you
are sealing your product, you don’t want the product to stick on your belt
right? That is the use of a sealing belt, to prevent this to happen. If the
product does stick to the belt, the cost will be more expensive and it will
take days to remove it. It is made from laminated PTFE glass fabric and fitted
with an even weld will ensure that your packaging foil is transported without
sticking to the heat source. This will allow sealing processes to continue.

this article!

What is the best sealing belt?

  • Least downtime sealing belt
  • The one that can take high temperatures
  • The most non sticking one
  • Do not build up static electricity
  • The one that prevents oil to grease the
    conveyer belt
  • Resistant to impact and corrosion damage
  • Do not require lubrication
  • Do not generate
    particulates
  • Do not build up static electricity

If you want your machines to work perfectly
without any problems or issue, we recommend you get a sealing belt with the
least downtime. If you have not solved this problem, it might affect your
production efficiency. Make sure to find the best provider to have a high –
quality sealing belt so this won’t happen. It also has to be able to take high
temperatures. The most non sticking one. The whole idea of a Teflon is that
products won’t stick into the conveyer belt making transport of the products
harder to do. It will be an extra labour. Again, we are going to hit you with
the high-quality talk because higher quality is always the best. It is not a
cheap tool that you are buying and even if it is, you wouldn’t want to pay
twice. Make sure you get something that will last you a long time. Teflon has
power to resist the chemicals in the conveyer belt. If your Teflon has leaks,
it is not a good one and you wouldn’t want to keep it. Make sure to sample the
Teflon to see the kind of resistance it has.
